Shipping:
We stock most of our items so each order can be shipped complete. If we are currently out of an item, you will be notified by email of its expected ship date, or we will offer a substitution of equal or greater value.
Orders generally ship within 2 business days. Orders weighing less than 150 pounds will be shipped UPS Ground.

Orders that exceed 150 pounds will be shipped using DRJ’s designated common carrier.

**Tracking information for UPS or common carrier shipments will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.**

What if an item is defective?
We are committed to providing quality products that are dependable as your day-to-day operations are carried out.

However, we cannot guarantee that every product is without defect. DRJ Safety will replace any item found defective in material or workmanship when put to normal use. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse, such as accident, neglect, alteration, fire, or theft.

If you believe you have a defective product, please notify us immediately by phone or email. All items confirmed as defective will be replaced, free of charge, with an identical item or with a comparable product.
